'A Festival of Wine by Shangri-La' is back with a 6-day epicurean fine wine experience from 22 to 27 November 2021, featuring 14 curated events with a host of world-class wines and champagnes alongside exquisitely crafted gourmet delights, at the three Shangri-La Hotels in Hong Kong – Island Shangri-La, Kowloon Shangri-La and Kerry Hotel.

Master Sommeliers Darius x Yohann

With only 269 Master Sommeliers worldwide, the hard-earned title comes from conquering the toughest wine examination in the world. Hailing from France, Shangri-La’s very own Master Sommelier Yohann Jousselin will be joining hands with US-born Darius Allyn, the 60th American Master Sommelier to host an exceptional wine tasting evening for wine enthusiasts in Hong Kong.

As the closing event of Shangri-La’s 2nd edition of A Festival of Wine 2021, the two wine masters will be venturing into an intriguing array of French and Californian wines, theming the historic tasting event that changed the world of wine forever – The Judgement of Paris 1976.

Iconic Wine Series

With the city’s discerning wine connoisseurs in mind, the Iconic Wine series boast an impressive line-up of the most sought-after vintage wines from famous wine regions and terroirs.

The series of epicurean affair will take place on 24, 26 and 27 November 2021, ranging from a sumptuous celebration at our Michelin-starred French fine dining venue Restaurant Petrus, to an east-meets-west culinary experience paired with a careful selection of French vintages at Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurants Summer Palace and Shang Palace.
