Notes on Order

• To ensure an easy and smooth pick-up service, please place your order at least 48 hours before the pick-up day.
• Particular products (such as Poon Choi) must be ordered in advance or picked up at the designated location. Please refer to the instructions on the product page.

How to pick-up

1. After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and e-voucher(s); If you cannot receive confirmation email and e-voucher(s) within an hour after the transaction, please contact (852) 8200 3636.
2. Please arrive the designated location on the pick-up date, then present the QR code of the e-voucher(s) to our staff to get your order.

Terms & Conditions

1. All festive goodies must be redeemed on your preferred pick up date at the festive counter in your selected hotel indicated on the voucher.
2. The e-voucher must be presented upon redemption.
3. The e-voucher can be redeemed once only; it cannot be reproduced, copied or sold.
4. This e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers or gift vouchers.
5. This e-voucher will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
6. This e-voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in whole.
7. Any unredeemed e-voucher after the redemption period is invalid and will not be accepted and refunded.
8. Hotel shall not be responsible whatsoever for any loss, claim and/or dispute arising under such circumstances and you shall assume full responsibility of the e-vouchers upon your purchase.
9. Shangri-La Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions or terminate this offer without prior notice. In case of dispute, Shangri-La Group’s decision shall remain final and binding.
